Presale, Dirk shared some great advice on what we could do to get the property ready for the sale. He shared ideas we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. He kept us updated and informed throughout, so we always knew what was happening. We appreciated the weekly marketing reports, and the market feedback. He was always available to us and followed through on what he said he would do.
