It has been a pleasure to have purchased our first home in NZ as a family. I had a great experience with Manor Real Estate and everything seemed quick and efficient from time of sales to settlement. Had a few issues that needed attending but managed to sort it out with the previous owner. Learning outcomes with purchasing is the need to have a good builder report done in order to know of issues with housing before purchasing. Overall, my family and I are very happy and settling into our new home well.
