Digna Clark and Liz Buyers helped us sell our cottage, by auction, in Onehunga. The result was very successful. They were open and honest in their appraisals and opinions and gave us some excellent advice on presentation. Their eye for those little details that we might have missed was crucial in obtaining an excellent result. We particularly remember their advice to paint a certain section of fence. It only took about an hour all up, but the difference was monumental in the overall appearance of the property. It took their experienced eye to pick up on this. Without this advice we would have completely missed this detail which once completed seemed so obvious. At no stage did they ever force anything on us or make us feel pressured. They clearly presented the financials and the various options and left the decision making to us without pressuring us. They answered any questions and gave us excellent advice. They gave full updates on all the open homes and the numbers of interested parties. As well they presented regular weekly reports and market information that was pertinent to the area and our particular property. We will certainly use Liz and Digna should the opportunity arise and we strongly recommend them. Over the years we have bought and sold a number of property's through agents and we would certainly put Liz and Digna at the top because of their open and honest communication.
