Diego and his team, including Priya who we worked with mostly on WhatsApp, provided excellent service. We also acknowledge those behind the scenes:photographers, staging staff, and others whose efforts we are thankful for. From the first visit, when Diego personally delivered the welcome pack to our door, we were impressed by his professionalism, approach, and well-prepared plan. The sales strategy, valuation, and market assessment were presented in a polished and professional way. Communication was consistent and clear. A WhatsApp group was set up, and without fail we received weekly updates on show times, marketing activities, and promotions. Expectations were managed well, particularly regarding the slower market and pricing. The only point of criticism was that the property price was displayed during the first two weeks, which may not have been the best initial approach. However, Diego responded quickly to our request for a change, and other adjustments were handled just as promptly. Diego listened to our needs and acted accordingly. We appreciated the follow-up calls after each viewing, which provided feedback and next steps. Special consideration was also given to our tenants, which we valued greatly. In a challenging market, we always felt supported. Our questions were answered quickly, and issues were resolved in excellent time. Overall, the service was outstanding.
