Brilliant Diego

We liked Diego from the start. Though a top agent, he was modest and very appreciative when we decided to go with him. He clearly explained everything that would happen. Very soon we saw that Diego was the very hard-working & inspirational leader of a great team, including Hongyan Lu, who played an important role in taking people through the house on weekdays. When pre-auction offers came in Diego talked us through them but properly said that only we could decide. In the end we did accept a very good pre-auction offer after only three open homes. So, we were very happy but also a bit sad that all the excitement of working with Diego was over.
