I was initially sceptical of the team approach, simply because I had never sold a property this way. That scepticism proved unfounded. The team coordinated their efforts to identify and manage buyers very effectively, and there was always someone available to answer questions. As a project manager, I was also impressed by how well the sale was managed as a project. Each milestone was clearly planned and delivered by people experienced in implementing that plan. This is a further advantage of engaging a team.
