We enjoyed Diego's relaxed and friendly approach, he was never pushy or over-eager (a breath of fresh air!). That's not to say he was un-professional or too casual, quite the opposite, he was very punctual, reliable and great with making sure everything was in order. During open homes he gave us the time and space to get a good look around and get a feel for the house without pressure whilst being totally available to help and answer questions. Through negotiations we found him to be very honest, reliable and clear about the process. Also did an amazing job of making himself available outside of normal working hours to allow us to get things signed and sorted. We were even treated to a gift of drnk and goodies on settlement day ready and waiting for us. A pleasure to deal with, we couldn't have asked for more!
