I first met Diego as a young agent some years ago when he was walking the West Auckland streets, door knocking for real estate business. I explained that I was not interested in selling, we had a pleasant chat and he continued on his way. His presentation, knowledge, professionalism and personality impressed me at the time, and I kept his card and magnetic note pad. I recently decided to sell, noted his rise to fame, phoned him, and he remembered our meeting! Within 24 hours we had met, he had viewed the property, we had settled the sales arrangements and his team were preparing the documentation.
