Professional and always supportive.

Dianne is very knowledgeable about the Whangarei Heads area. She knew the housing market ups and downs and the relevant statistics to explain expectations of selling price over time. She was always willing to listen to concerns and encouraged us when we had difficulties with the sale. We had confidence that Dianne was working hard on our behalf. Dianne followed up all inquiries and kept us up to date with progress. She has a friendly open manner of communication while maintaining professionalism.
