I've Gained a Friend

After an unpleasant start with a purchaser who turned out to have no substance Dianne turned out to be a real gem. She has a very sunny, positive disposition which has a habit of rubbing off on vendors and purchasers alike. She never gave up and even helped organize and oversee little maintenance jobs for me as I lived some distance away. I cannot recommend Dianne highly enough and I am looking forward to continuing our friendship.
