This for us and selling our property required Dianne to be able to use her extensive market knowledge, and with our buyer knowing how to appoach him in just thre right way to get the best result for us. We were also dealing with tenants which was quite tricky at times but Dianne worked with them extremely well negotiating open homes and viewings. We have nothing but praise for her knowledge, professionalism and how very approachable and accomodating Dianne is. Nothing was a problem and she was always very friendly and relaxed.
