Dianne’s professionalism and friendly persona made what can be a stressful time very smooth. She was very thorough, ensuring we understood each step as we were in a multi offer. Once confirmed, she kept up communication again ensuring if we had questions she was there. You should use her model on other agents at your firm (which we dealt with for other potential properties). Dianne’s approach from the outset was exceptional, and we do not use this word often when dealing with real estate agents! You have one out of the box in your firm, communication is key.
