Face to face we mainly engaged with Dianne, who was very professional, warm, trustworthy and considerate. We were kept up to date on progress from open homes and private viewings. Dianne communicated promptly and in a friendly and efficient manner. Her advice and guidance helped us to make significant decisions about the sale including method of sale, our reserve price, then a set price after the deadline sale didn't produce offers. Together Dianne and Sarah 'left no stone unturned' in working towards obtaining an offer on the house. They tried different initiatives and appeared to constantly be going back through interested parties to locate potential buyers.

Dianne’s professionalism and friendly persona made what can be a stressful time very smooth. She was very thorough, ensuring we understood each step as we were in a multi offer. Once confirmed, she kept up communication again ensuring if we had questions she was there. You should use her model on other agents at your firm (which we dealt with for other potential properties). Dianne’s approach from the outset was exceptional, and we do not use this word often when dealing with real estate agents! You have one out of the box in your firm, communication is key.
