Firstly, thank you for choosing me as your agent. One of the things that I enjoyed and really excel at was being given the opportunity of doing some project managing getting your property ready for sale, and that takes trust. It was a delight to work with you both and even when the chips were down at times after three rounds of multiple offers and the first two Sale and Purchaser Agreements coming to an end it was always onwards and upwards and it was with that positive attitude a successful sale was concluded.
