A very educational experience. I never knew to what extent selling a house had become. Diane was a stickler for the rules. She was constantly following them step by step. I don’t think I have ever met such a hard worker. Whatever she tackled was done to extreme lengths. She sfepped outside the boundaries time and again. Whether it was to catch a train or just find a cup of coffee she pulled out the stops. Nothing was too much bother. I felt I had sold my house and gained a friend.
