Diane was always quick to respond to my queries, professional and was flexible in meeting me at convenient times. She helped me to view the property remotely with a virtual viewing. I believe Diane took a constructive approach when communicating with the vendor about me as an interested buyer. I'd recommend Diane as an agent. I think it may be a reflection of Smart Real Estate's policy rather than Diane, but other buyers I know have been gifted something upon settlement (trivial in some ways, but a nice touch), which Smart did not do for me.
