When we first moved here, like many others before us we spent several weeks trying to find a house. We met a lot of agents including Ian & Diane. Their professionalism and enthusiasm always impressed us particularly. Several times over the years we thought of moving and we would ring Ian & Diane to come and discuss selling our house for us but for one reason and another we wouldn’t proceed. Ian & Diane were always very obliging, never putting any pressure on us when we changed our mind. Finally we decided it was time to move and after a short consideration we asked Ian & Diane to market our house for us. They explained the processes involved very clearly. Their attention to detail is great, making sure that we were kept completely updated after every open home, cards to tell us how many people went through and regular phone calls. We were very confident that if Ian thought some-one was interested he was going to do his absolute best to get us a sale!! Communication is a forte of theirs. They have a very positive attitude which is great when you just feel like your house is never going to sell! Ours took a little longer to sell than we would have liked but we know that was not through lack of trying on Ian & Diane’s part, it was over the Christmas period!
