Our one line summary: with Dhaval on your side, whether for selling or buying a property, you are in excellent hands! Dhaval recently helped us with selling of our property. He truly went above and beyond in every aspect and at every stage of the process. As we were overseas, he became the project manager to ensure that the property was renovated to a high standard and presented well. On our behalf, he worked with several tradespeople to help get the work completed in a timely manner and within budget. For marketing the property, he did everything well which resulted in a huge number of potential buyers through multiple open homes. His estimate of the sell price was accurate, based on good experience of the market. Nothing was ever a problem for Dhaval! When there were hurdles on the way, he suggested the solutions too, often sending a detailed message followed up with a phone call to work through the suggested solutions. He provided what could be termed as a fantastic combination of professional service with genuine personal touch.
