Desiree listed our home at the beginning of Covid Level 3. This put extra pressures on her, however, she handled the listing with high standards of professionalism. Our house sold in 10 days and we were very happy with the end result. Would recommend her if you need to buy or sell. So personable!
Any questions we had about the property we bought she was able to quickly find out the information and get back to us promptly. It was no problem for her when we ask to view the property as we lived two hours away. Would use Nind Realty again if buying North of Dunedin again.
