Excellent service and result to match

A tough market to be selling in and other agencies were not very enthusiastic; my expectations were low until Kelly & Co stepped in. Maureen and Derek were quite positive right from the start, and they knew exactly the type of buyer it would appeal to. They marketed accordingly, never over promising but quietly optimistic after strong open home attendances. The enquiries ramped up, and Maureen certainly over delivered with two cash buyers signed up before deadline sale date. The property sold inside within 4 weeks, well played Maureen, great work getting the best deal I could have hoped for and in a very tough market as well.
