Don't be fooled by the flashy car-driving, two finger-gun 'pow-pow' real estate agents. They could only wish for the skills and experience that Derek delivers. Derek came recommended by a neighbour who had sold through him. She rated him very highly. We had met Derek in the community and he had been friendly and inquisitive. This was enough for us to request an appraisal just to get clarity on the current market conditions. Derek was quick and thorough with his appraisal. And he did not over inflate the value just to make us feel good. He knew I was disappointed but explained the issues and how he could help make the best of the current market.
