It has been a pleasure working with Denise from the start, her warm open nature made a potentially stressful process run smoothly. Denise has a knack of anticipating questions and concerns before they arise and has the information at hand or the task required already completed. While I accept that Denise is carrying out her job I always felt that she was doing her best to ensure that things ran smoothly and we were given every opportunity to realise the best price for the sale of our house in a very difficult market. I would not hesitate to use Denise again for the purchase or sale of another property

Denise was great to deal with at all levels; knowledgeable, gave us good, regular feedback, knows the market and engenders trust. A really good ambassador for the industry and the company.

As a buyer, Denise was excellent to work with. Certainly made the experience a lot less daunting. Would recommend. Thanks Denise!

Denise is a charming young lady, who always presents herself in a professional manner. She has a very kind nature but at the same time will tell you what it is. I highly reccoment selling or buying through denise, I have done so three times now and each time she has be invaluable! If the star chart went to 10, she would he an 11

Denise worked hard to secure a good price for us in a changing market, she was great to work with, friendly and helpful. We would recommend Denise for any Real Estate dealings.

Denise was superb from start-finish. I originally requested help with a house in an area that was not a Harcourts listing. Denise was so helpful and went out of her way to assist me with my questions despite this being one of their competitor's listings. Denise also visited houses for us as we were based in Auckland and did video walk-throughs to multiple properties. In the end, Denise understood what we wanted and found us a house in Lincoln. We ended up purchasing a Harcourts listed house thanks to Denise and we are very happy with the outcome.

We found Denise to be professional & very helpful, she kept us well informed with open homes & interest in our property, it was a stress free & pleasant sale. We'd highly recommend Denise
