Denise was quick to reply to questions, and carried out the negotiation between both sides in a supportive and friendly way, making time out of normal hours to suit both buyer and vendor. Many agents come across as smarmy and false, whereas it felt like Denise was upfront and frank. Her bubbly personality also helped smooth over my stress!
