About 2 years before we bought our house in the market, we had talked to a few realtors about the idea of selling, if anything, it put us off. So many companies only cared about the money, their percentage, what they could gain from our sale, so we held off. When the idea arose again, word of mouth bought us to contact Denise. Our house took abit longer than we anticipated to sell, due to the high volume of competition as well as our particular area was known for flooding, putting people off.
