With an overseas based vendor and buyer Deni went “above and beyond” to make it work for both parties. In a home that had been unoccupied for an unknown time I needed assurance that everything worked, some things didn’t but Deni got it all sorted on behalf of the Vendor so we can proceed to settlement.
