Deni is very friendly and approachable, with a depth of local knowledge which is key when looking for the right property. Regarding viewing the house he was always fast to respond and always very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Good communication. Being long term local he seems to be well connected with possibilities to find answers to your queries, although not always following up on them. It’s probably more a result of being keen to help, but ending up with too much on his plate. Still, he did follow up on most things and answered most of our questions in a timely manner. Beside that small criticism, we were very happy with the way he conducted the transaction in a professional manner and would recommend him as an agent.
