He was both patient and persistent with both Vendor and Purchaser Most importantly Deni's application of tech via key phone Apps' was pivotal in assessing where boundaries were and some of the associated limitations of the site. Without this, it's not likely the I would have ever proceeded to a series of offers. Overall he was relaxed, professional and clearly knew how to bring the competing demands of vendor and purchaser together to get things done!

I can't fault Deni's attention to detail and personal touch - he was super helpful and hands on from the very start of our discussions. He worked very hard to assist me with getting the property into optimum shape for sale and put his heart and soul into finding the right buyer for me.
These guys are amazing and they worked extremely hard l to sell my property. Selling from abroad can be difficult but Deni kept me informed at every stage, sending regular emails and making phone calls to London to explain what happening with the sale. When it came to the signing of documents,receiving deposits and of course exchanging contracts, they made this easy for me and everything went through without a hitch. They communicated well with my solicitor in Dunedin and I found the whole process straightforward. I received an excellent price for the property and no pressures were exerted from Deni or Sean to sell unless I was happy with the offer/s I was receiving. Nothing was too big or too small for Deni. My husband and I were buying from overseas and he made sure he was available at weird and wonderful times and was prompt in any correspondence even though we were asking things at 4am NZ time. Deni is literally one of the best sales people I have dealt with, and I am a Sales person. I would give Deni 5* for his speed and proficiency and and extra 5* on his care and attention to detail.
