Della helped the reviewer buy this property

Nothing was a problem.

We were down from the North Island for a day trip looking for properties, as we were relocating to Ashburton. We called Della on Saturday morning and she had 4 properties lined up to see that afternoon before we went back to Christchurch. She purposefully saved the best for last and we ended up negotiating a successful contract. Better still I could rent the property until ours was sold, win/win. Would highly recommend,
