I encountered Della several times during my search of open homes, and I always found her to be very personable and upbeat with a relaxed and easygoing vibe. However, with my eventual purchase Della was not the listing agent, and in this regard I found her to be very willing and keen, but not as knowledgeable and helpful as she may otherwise have been. She kept me well informed, usually by text which suited me.
