An outstanding agent who truly went above and beyond during what was a challenging and emotional time for our family. She made the entire process feel manageable and supported from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, keeping us consistently informed with regular updates and always responding promptly to any questions, even outside of normal hours. We always felt well-informed and reassured throughout. What stood out the most was her genuine empathy, kindness, and aroha.
