Del and Josh have been fantastic to work with! Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and clear passion for their craft was what initially convinced us that we would be in capable hands. We trusted that they would do right by us and the house we were selling. Throughout it all, they were reliable and accommodating, realistic about expected outcomes whilst also being dynamic and proactive in assessing where we were at during various stages of the sale process, adjusting strategies to suit. We have also appreciated their keeping us posted every step of the way.
