Friendly team, always available for questions

Del and Josh are a good team, both really friendly and always available to answer questions we had. Only thing we found a bit tricky during the process was some things move quite quickly and having not done this before we had a couple moments of panic about what we were or weren’t meant to be doing and whether things had been agreed. One example being the advertising package and agreeing which one we wanted and the cost before everyone arrived to get it underway. Another example was we were a bit uncertain about whether we needed to sign one of the earlier documents and then it ended up being a timebound thing that we had to quickly make sure we had read and signed. In the wider scheme of the experience I don’t think these are large issues, and everything worked out in the end. We just didn’t have any personal experience to fall back on at the time and the process can have its moments of stress. Overall, happy with the team we chose - thank you!
