We should have listened to Del from the beginning. If we had, we would have sold quicker and got more $$ for it. Leave the marketing and price expectations to the experts.....and Del is an expert. Extremely knowledgeable and really supportive and understanding in what we wanted. Take the hassle out of your house sale and leave it all to Del and her team.....they know what their doing.
