Deepti is a professional, friendly agent. While viewing the property at the open days, she did not rush us through the apartment, insisting we take our time to have a proper look at everything. She was very accommodating, arranging with the tenants to allow a further viewing for us after the open days. Unfortunately between the 2 open days and the private viewing, the listing price shown had been changed to a deadline sale. This was very disappointing, especially seeing the property had not received any bids previously, when it was put to auction. Deepti was not responsible for this change of pricing, and was apologetic over the issue. Harcourts were devious in not notifying us of the change prior to our private viewing. Had this been disclosed, a family member would not have travelled over from the West Coast especially to view the property. However, after much negotiating, the property was secured for an extra $11,000 to the original listing price! Many thanks to Deepti for her support and understanding of our situation. I wish her well in all her future sales.
