Practical help was provided and I felt supported through the process. Open Home Reports were provided and discussed whereby I was aware of all that was happening during the marketing process. Deepak was keen to make sure that every opportunity was offered to make the property appealing to buyers - an Open Home launch, weekend Open Homes and private viewings. He created a home that looked warm and welcoming using streamed music, lighting and an open door policy. The decision to cancel the Thursday evening Open Homes was jointly agreed to. Mid- Winter conditions were not conducive to holding an Open Home and commonsense prevailed. The auction night arrived with 4 registered buyers. It was a stressful process and the result could have been better, and it could have been worse. But I accepted the advice from family and the sale means I can move on and purchase the property at a retirement village that I like. It was a challenging journey that was made a lot easier than it could have been. Deepak provided the necessary support and enthusiasm to achieve a positive outcome.
