Dee was amazing at selling our existing home in Sunshine Bay - all done after photos taken on a Thursday, social media plan to her clients on the Friday and two open homes on the Saturday and Tuesday -with lots of interest.... Then 2x firm Contracts by the following Friday night, with one being a Cash Offer and no conditions and the other being for more money than our asking price but with conditions .... We were "gob-smacked"! But Dee had worked with us before we listed so that we were well prepared to take the house to market at very short notice and then Dee worked "her magic" over that week to make it happen. Putting a price on the listing and having a Builder's report available and fixing the "niggles" up - all with helpful advice as to who to use and what best to do when we didn't have the house ready for sale and weren't living in Queenstown and it had been a "spur of the moment" decision to buy our new place through Sotheby's! Dee also assisted with the purchase of the new house, even though she was not the Listing agent and she made the whole experience less stressful than it can be. My son and I both commented that it would be great if all Real Estate agents did their job as well as Dee does. Dee will be used in the future by us if we are selling !

Took care of everything for us from organising a partial stager for our house (100% recommend doing that) and getting us sorted on LIM and Builders report so we were ready to go to market. Did some research of her own back of what things would cost if a potential buyer wanted to change anything so she could pass that info to any buyer that asked. More than met our expectation for the sale price on our home with it going to multi offer and sold within 8 days.
