As a purchaser, once an offer is accepted, it is important to have reasonable access to the property in order to carry out due diligence (builder's inspection, asbestos tests, sub-floor, for example), and Debra always made access possible when requested for the necessary inspections. At the same time she made sure that the property was protected for her client, the vendor, by ensuring that only building professionals had access to the property code.
