Out of the three companies that appraised our property, Deborah presented the most comprehensive plan of action around the marketing and sales process. Having now completed after several transactions I'd highly recommend Deborah. The marketing worked with lots of people attending the open homes with things specifically set up for the house around the tide times. The team were good at communicating with me, particularly when the market changed. We had clear and open conversations, so it became easier to make decisions. The auction process worked to flush out the cash and we ended up selling post straight away. We got more than I expected, so I’d say that’s a result!

I always found Deborah to be professional, efficient and personable. She responded promptly to my queries and I really appreciated her advice when negotiating requests from the purchaser. I always felt she had my best interests at heart and understood my situation. I would have liked more regular 'check ins' during the second part of the process i.e awaiting info about the purchaser's builders report, even if to say 'no news'. Also, I think the intial appraisal was a bit high in a changing market, so perhaps calling this earlier and adjusting things sooner would have been helpful. In saying this, the market was unpredictable and no one really knew which way things were turning.

As a first-time seller, I was very anxious about the whole process and the unknown. Not only this, but I am based overseas. Deborah was extremely helpful and took my worries away. Deborah and Sarah door knocked us and won us over with their enthusiasm, approach and knowledge. As a team they complement each other and their different styles worked for us a vendors, particularly as we worked through the debates about marketing and the inevitable price discussion.
