By technicality I'm giving Doug a review, as I never personally met Debbie through the buying process. Doug was thorough, honest, and gave good advise to someone who hasn't bought a house before. When looking at the house, Doug didn't try too hard to sell it (which is often off putting) instead let me make my own comments and opinions and answered questions simply and confidently. Doug walked me through the contract pointing out all areas of interest, and gave me the confidence to enter into contract, despite only having seen the house for the first time, about 3 hours prior.
With each house purchase and sale I have made Debbie has been well involved in it all and continues to go over and above everytime. This time, even with the market slight tough to work with, Debbie yet again provided a great experience and was a pleasure to work through this whole process.
