More than once she made suggestions that seemed counter-intuitive initially (private viewing by appt., for example, instead of open home sessions), only to discover that not only was she was completely correct in her recommendation but that her suggestions facilitated the sale of the house and helped us get the sales price we were aiming for. Debbie also kept good communication, she set up a schedule of regular reporting, in a form that suited us, along with plenty of informal communication about the progress of the sale. She also demonstrated thoroughness and a focus on detail around the sale preparation and conditions that gave us a lot of confidence in the process.. As just one example of this she organised and supervised the cleaning of the house prior to showing and gave feedback on staging contents (which turned out to be mostly about decluttering) to ensure that it was up to the optimal presentation standard.
