Certainly an agent that can be suggested to others. Friendly person who does her job professionally, correctly and fairly. She doesn't show off like most other real Estate people (e.g by parading around and driving a car that was bought using your money as well, and such one that you will never in you life be able to afford. Her approach make you feel respected, valued and a partner rather than a "source of money" object exclusively.
