Dean was so patient and dedicated so much time to make us feel well informed and like we understood the process. Where other agents sent us documents and expected we just sign offers without really knowing what it meant, Dean took the time after business hours to sit with us and go through the contract so we knew exactly what everything meant and helped guide us into putting our best foot forward. He is super responsive, very well versed in the industry and clearly cares about his vendors and prospective buyers.
