Dean and Alena are both very good communicators with a vast knowledge of the real estate market. Dean took the time to sit down with us and read through the S&P agreement, his knowledge of this contract was impressive and frankly made the process a lot less anxiety causing and a lot more enjoyable. As the agent in the sale of our tricky property (neighbouring titles, one with house and one just land), Dean advised on and took an approach that resulted in an outcome well above our expectations. In doing so he balanced the things that were important to us (maximising return with ‘getting the sale done’) and worked with us to adapt the listing as circumstances changed. Throughout the process he communicated well and openly. Aside from the actual outcome, we were most impressed with the effort Dean put in.
