Ki ora, We met Dawn at at least 2 open homes and she was fully understanding of our situation. We were waiting on an outcome from a Govt. Fastrack application before we could offer. She checked in often for updates and when it went ahead she was fully supportive and explained every aspect of our offer clearly and thoroughly. Dawn was always happy to answer our numerous questions. Her step by step instructions were valuable as, of course, we hadn't purchased a house in quite a while. Dawn has a wonderful speaking manner and was always clear and concise. We would be more than happy to recommend Dawn as a strong and efficient agent. We were lucky to meet her and have her to guide us through our purchase. We are very happy.
