Dawn advised realistically, what was a good price for selling, advertising in multiple avenues as well as a bill board, Dawn followed up all enquires, I am Satisfied that she covered every aspect to secure a sale, at an optimal price for the style of property and climate being a bit slow. She put the extra mile in putting me in contact with a plumber and electrician as needed. Dawn has sold 2 other homes within the family over they past ten years an we all highly recommend her as a top notch realestate agent , who presents as a caring, professional with an eye for what works in presentation.
