Stuck at it!

I was on the market for 5 months due to downturn in Wellington, David continue to look at different avenues to continue attracting offers in a tough environment - leveraging off other properties in the area, colleagues and different ways to market it such as house of the week, price point review and changing hours and viewing opportunities. After a long slog David was able to get an offer across the line which after the length of time and market conditions was better than expected - as I had already offered it for less prior to this offer.
