We came to David (again!) because we knew he would work his calm magic, and he did!

David is an experienced operator. Great communication, great market knowledge, great negotiation skills, very polished and professional. Tick tick tick. But added to that: We were very nervous selling in winter, in a tricky Wellington market, but David was reassuring and confident just when we needed it. No rosey story, he tells it as it is, but he is steady. We know that when it comes to selling a house, it comes down to who comes through the door on the day, but we had every confidence that all interested parties were followed up with and all relevant info passed on efficiently. He was available when we needed him and he always replied quickly to any queries from us. We are so grateful to David for his work ethic and sector smarts.
