A wonderful experience

We had such a great experience with David. We were a bit nervous about taking the plunge with upsizing property, especially in such a tough market. But David was very positive about our house and was clearly able to articulate the pros of selling in this market for us. He was patient and kind while we looked at houses to buy and then really motivated and positive when it came to marketing our current house. David clearly communicated the process, what we needed to do and what he would be doing at every step. He kept things very positive and light hearted and we had a lot of laughs along the way. We felt our property was marketed well and we got lots of buyers through, giving it the best shot at being seen by the right people. We sold quickly and for a great price and came out with essentially our best case scenario. Not bad in a down turned market in the middle of winter! I would not hesitate to use David again.
