Sucess from Uncertainty

We entered the process with David as first-time house sellers with no prior knowledge of the steps involved ahead. We started off slightly uncertain with the decision to put the property to Auction, the uncertain market at the time of going to sale, and the reality of the home we were selling which was not a typical size or layout. Given all of that, David put us at ease with answering our many questions and queries with very clear and straight forward communication and it all resulted in a successful sale under the hammer with a figure which exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and respectful and sometimes humorous way of raising points or thoughts to action was a great balance of serious and relaxed, all in all, making the process stress free and enjoyable.
