David helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communication

David was a pleasure to work with on our first home purchase. He was prompt in responding to all of my questions about the property including going back to the vendor and even communicating with the vendor to see if we wanted any additional furniture. He provided clear updates and feedback throughout the entire process including giving market knowledge, negotiation skills and general advice. Great to work with him. I would highly recommend.
