We went looking at the house in question with family who were searching for a house in Auckland - it pretty quickly became apparent that the house wasn't exactly what they were looking for, but equally quickly my wife and I fell in love with the place. Throughout the whole purchasing process, David has been nothing short of perfect. Extremely quick and efficient communication - both to ourselves and to the vendors, great knowledge and expertise on both the property and the suburb, and most importantly, he is just a great guy all around (we even got a message from our solicitor that he personally went in behind the walls to check regarding a question around the insulation we had put forward).
